The Decision by the U.S Supreme Court Eliminating Affirmative Action is ILLEGAL under International Law and will not stand

Office of the Dean -American Institute of Human Rights

Today in a 6-2 decision the U.S Supreme Court has banned Affirmative Action. The decision by the United States is not surprising. However, the African American Human Rights Defenders will not let the decision stand as the decision is a clear violation of international law, despite how the ‘Caucasian Conservatives in Michigan voted or how the U.S Supreme Court ruled. http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/04/22/us-usa-court-race-idUSBRE...

The ruling violates the Convention on the Elimination of Racism and Discrimination, UN General Assembly Resolution 60/147 , the Convention on Civil, and Political rights, and The Convention of Economic and Social Rights…And Presidential Order 13107 mandating the United States uphold the Convention on the Elimination of Racism and Discrimination.

As there could be no response from the Civil Rights, the American Institute of Human Rights will train Human Rights Monitors and UN Human Rights Defenders to overrule the apartheid measures of the United State Supreme Court. Chief Justice Roberts, Scalia, and the Supreme Court could not wait to strike a death blow against civil rights as we have just received news that the U.S Schools are just as segregated now as before.
