Buy The Block - A Space for People to Invest In Real Estate with Their Peers

Having successfully launched Buy Black Economics (the World's Largest Digital Info Product Store dedicated to Black Businesses,) as well as other enviable movements, Lynn Da is excited to announce the creation of Buy The Block, an initiative that will allow groups and individuals to pool funds, share knowledge, vote on property to investment and effectively manage investments. Just as the name suggests, Buy The Block presents an opportunity to invest with other connected investors, making investing in real estate as a group easier, and with the extra benefit of helping every member buy a piece of their first block.

The platform is currently crowd funding to take Buy The Block operation to the next phase through the development and deployment of their website and mobile app. The Indiegogo campaign can be found via the following link: https://www.bbnomics.com/campaigns/buy-the-block-2/

With a good number of black Americans who are unable to invest in real estate due to insufficient cash to pay the down payment for the purchase, Lynn believes this is the next step towards becoming better real estate investors/owners. Once completely funded, the website and mobile app will empower all users to start investing, have fun, build wealth, and create the neighborhoods that they want to live in.

"I'm creating Buy The Block to help my people invest. Our vision is to change investing from confusing and frustrating to an accessible and enjoyable social experience. We want to create a new generation of connected investors who feel informed empowered, and confident. The development of our website and mobile app will certainly take this group to a whole new level," said Lynn, the concept developer of Buy The Block.

After becoming an independent consultant in 2010, Lynn has created notable projects such as: BBNomics.com – Black Business Crowd funding Site, 2MillionJobs.com - Job Searching Just Got Easy, BBEIG - Investment Group, and Lakay Designs - African Inspired home décor and business accessories.

Buy The Block is the newest and latest concept from the stables of the Cincinnati-based female entrepreneur. With 30 days left to raise the sum of $60,000 for website and mobile app development, Lynn is fully persuaded that the community will unite to fully fund the project.

"By making a donation to our campaign, you are helping us raise the funds that will ultimately help us reach the goal of creating a platform for our community to acquire more real estate," Lynn Da concluded.
